Hosting & infrastructure

LifeFolder is hosted on infrastructure located in the United Arab Emirates, provided by Heroku (a Salesforce company). We use Cloudflare for security and content delivery, and Anthropic for AI processing of document content when you request it. How these providers handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Dispute resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are [not obliged / obliged] to participate in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board.
